Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bremo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Bremo with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the decks, cards, and content you create (“Your Content”). You grant Bremo a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Bremo uses AI to help generate flashcards. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated cards before relying on them, especially for academic, medical, legal, or other important purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful or abusive content.

Bremo offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

You may stop using Bremo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bremo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
